Compensation adapter BA 01

Hydraulic chucks and shrink chucks require a highly accurate machine spindle, so that the specified concentricity accuracy (3 µm with a 3 x D projecting length) can actually be achieved. Conventional fixtures, such as e.g. one-piece SK/ZS-adapters, can very often no longer be used, because the required concentricity as well as the parallelism of mechanical processing axis and tool axis is not guaranteed. With the BECK compensation adapter BA 01 possibly existing spindle dependent concentricity and angle errors can be compensated. On extra long tools the concentricity required for high performance processing can also be adjusted.

This tool holding fixture is characterized by high concentricity and simple operation. Besides, the programming length of the tool can simply be adjusted with the axial adjustment. The two-chamber clamping system is also suitable for cylindrical shanks acc. to DIN 6535 Form HB with one clamping area.
